The Costa del Sol enjoys wide sandy beaches and just ten minutes away is the coastal resort of Rincón de la Victoria. There are many bars and restaurants and on summer evenings the promenade is aligned with colourful stalls selling jewellery, scarfs, watches and artefacts from all over the world. In the centre of town you'll find the Bezmiliana, an old fort converted into an art gallery which exhibits works from international artists and the Caves of Treasure, both well worth a visit.

Just half an hour's drive from the Hotel is the historical city of Malaga, with its cathedral and castle, the Picasso musuem, a modern art gallery, theatres and night life. Malaga is a cosmopolitan city with a real buzz and is a major port for cruise ship stopovers. It offers first class shopping, delightful parks and gardens, as well as a clean wide sandy beach.

Walking: A perfect place for walkers and hikers. The surrounding mountains are alive with wild life, flowers and herbs and a paradise for birdwatchers. If you visit us at the end of May you will most likely come across the "Partridge Family" who bring their chicks for a walk along the front terrace every evening. Rabbits abound and can become quite tame, and it's not unusual to spot the threatened chameleon.
